Mr. Dickson,
Without going into a long history I'll just say that we heard about Churchill through listening to Dave's radio program a couple of years ago and Churchill was able to help us get out from under the nightmare of Ocwen. We had such a pleasant experience working with your team at that time, we kept Churchill in mind for any future purchase. We have also helped to share our experience and pass along Churchill's name to anyone where mortgage or the subject of home buying come up. We have since sold that home and are, once again, looking to purchase another through the assistance of Churchill. We are working with Mason Whitehead to get things rolling and it has been great to work with him. So whatever you guys are doing to make customers happy, it must be working!
