I cannot believe we wasted our money! We boarded our two dogs here for a week and the day that we were supposed to pick them up, the kennel called to say that our dogs had TICKS!! They said they would give them a dip that would eliminate them... Needless to say, when we picked them up the next day, they made us wait an hour before they handed us our dogs (We could see them through the grooming window STILL picking them off!)\r

After I had asked if the girl if they were all gone, she told me yes... Let me tell you, they were EVERYWHERE when we got them in the car!!! It was like an infestation!!! I just wanted to get away from that horrible place! After $100 in products, and 4 days, we finally got rid of them!! They were between their toes, in their ears, all over their body!!! (The girl also said that it was our fault, and the products that we used... Yeah, we've used these products for almost 5 years, and have two very different dogs and have never had a problem)\r
