Rob and the staff at Vintage Autobody are 1st rate in customer service. He returned calls promptly, and worked dilligently with the insurance company to get the repair work done to my satisfaction. This was my first experience with Vintage, and Rob did an excellent job at reassuring me and keeping me updated throughout the claims process. Their repair work is outstanding, and my car was restored to near perfect condition. I especially liked their on-line repair progress feature. Photos are posted daily, so that you can monitor the status of your repair work - very nice.
