Review content:
I was impressed with my first visit. I was placed in an exam room before I could complete the initial paperwork (about 2 minutes after I arrived). Within five minutes, I was being seen by Helen, the PA. Even though my appt was made for the PA (I had an urgent situation and the appt was made within 2 business days), Helen encouraged me to wait a few minutes to be seen by Dr. Dunn. She wanted Dr. Dunn to confirm her diagnosis.
I waited maybe 20 minutes to be seen by the MD (without an appt remember). Dr. Dunn was pleasant, apologized for my wait, took her time examining me and asked whether I had any questions. Dr. Dunn has excellent training (UCLA Med and Johns Hopkins! for her residency).
One other plus -- her office staff was extremely polite and engaged. They asked what I might need to be more comfortable.
I would recommend the Dr. and her staff to anyone.
Pros: no waiting
Cons: n/a
