Review content:
Dr. Dunn misdiagnosed my skin condition (numerous small papules on my face). After barely looking at me (and not very closely), she diagnosed it as eczema. I told her it did not look or feel anything like eczema, which I have in other locations. She insisted it was eczema, not acne, and prescribed a steroid cream. A month later, her physician assistant diagnosed it as normal acne, which was contrary to Dr. Dunn's diagnosis. I have now obtained another dermatologist's second opinion that it is steroid induced acne. Thus, the medication Dr. Dunn prescribed to treat the condition only made it worse. In addition, I have twice waited over a half hour to see her despite having an appointment. Further, her office has twice made belated attempts to get approval for visits from my insurer, leading to postponed appointments. Finally, after I called to have a prescription refilled, her office authorized refilling an incorrect prescription instead of the right prescription. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for treatment.
Cons: Misdiagnosis, long waits, poor administration
