I was hesitant to write this review until I was totally convinced that it worked. I went to the Austin HypnoWellness Center 3 months ago and saw Keli for 1 session to stop smoking. I?m very, very pleased with the results. From the moment I walked out of Keli?s office I didn?t want a cigarette. I even went out with my girlfriends the following night and even though I usually smoke more when I drink, I wasn?t tempted to have a cigarette. If you want to quit smoking the easy way, give hypnosis a try. Even if you?re skeptical like me. You don?t have to believe in it in order for it to work!
