Review content:
While I should say that the gentleman we dealt with was indeed a gentleman in his speech, Primas Properties is not a company I would ever wish to work with again.
If you have questions about them, please page me on here. Suffice to say that we asked their rep to come check the apartment out before moving, and verify everything was up to the rental agreement. We had cleaned and sanitized it, bringing it back to the condition we took possession under. Both he & the Triangle reps we signed the original rental agreement with ok'd it. (see Triangle)
After all this, Primas still did not hold up their end of landlord-tenant law and are billing for things such as "automatic fees" and "Fees that are already a part of the landlord’s normal business practice." There are also "vague and general charges" for things we already took care of, like steam cleaning the carpet and painting.
