I come on here today after using Sullivan's Cleaning and Restoration for the 3rd time. I see this negative post listed below and am completely shocked at it being posted. My first time ever dealing with Sullivan's my bathroom roof collapsed due to too much snow. They came in fixed the problem and made everything like new. It was great. Then the second time our dryer caught on fire and burnt down about quarter of our house. Our insurance company gave us the option of taking a total loss but after contacting Sullivan's they told us they were up for the challenge. After about 2 months there was no smoke odor and our house was as good as new. Sullivan's did great work the first two times I used them so this spring when the snow melted unseasonably fast and my basement got a little bit of standing water who did I call? Sullivan's they were at my house within 24 hours of the call and set up this crazy tornado vortex of fans which dried my house. After running several tests to make sure the walls were not wet and damaged and making sure no mold would form the job was complete and my you wouldn't ever know that my basement got wet. Some people have a 3 strike and your out rule, with Sullivan's it is a 3 swings 3 homeruns. Thank's for your help Sullivan's.
