Absolutely unique experience for someone to be an inspiring actor or for a director to be able to direct actors effectively. The course structure will help get all the important ingredients needed to be able to direct actors effectively. Ela's down to earth and positive approach helps understand all those tools so easily that you feel like using them soon after the workshop. Recommend 100% for all the directors out there.
