Review content:
I brought my kitten to Union Lake Veterinary because it was moaning and pressing its belly to the ground, and appeared to be in pain - from what I could tell. They told me that she ""probably"" had a urinary tract infection and gave her an antibiotic shot and sent me home with 3 days of liquid narcotics, and charged me $150 for the visit. A few weeks later, the same behavior starts up again, so I started reading up on it. Apparently, the kitten is in heat. When I called the vets office to let them know, they stated that being in heat and a urinary tract infection can appear to be the same thing?? and that a spay costs $300??? Also, sorry, no compensation for the misdiagnosis - we don't feel that we misdiagnosed based on what you told us! I guess if you want some prescription narcotics, just bring in a kitten in heat BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE! I will never go there again. I strongly urge you to read other reviews. I have read some pretty disturbing things about this vets office.
