I own a rental duplex in the valley, which both of my tenants called me at home about. I live in Hollywood, and told GR Plumbing to meet me at my duplex in an hour. The problem I had was a Mainline Sewer Stoppage, which they estimated would take around 2 hours, and would cost an X Amount of Dollars. I arrived close to an hour later, as scheduledâ??when I arrived, I saw them standing around; I got out of my car and asked them if they were ready for me to take them to the Cleanout, located at the side of the house. The gentleman smiled and handed me my invoice and told me that he already finished the job. I reviewed the invoice and noticed that he was honest enough to charge me much less than the X Amount of Dollars I had agreed to over the phone before I left. He explained to me that the reason it was much less was because the problem wasnâ??t as bad as I thought it was. Thank you GR for your honesty and efficiency. Samantha Rutger, Hollywood, CA.
