Review content:
When I entered the clinic I was not greeted. The assistant who did he initial testing did not introduce herself or explain what she was doing. Dr. Eisenberg was not harsh, but rude ever so subtly. When asking if "1" or "2" was better, I explained what I saw when he rudely interrupted and told me he did not need to hear further. His actions were abrupt, thought not blatantly. When checking out, I was charged a copay for the visit, a copay for the contact lens fitting exam, for the fitting exam itself then for an expensive brand of contact lens. The office manager was not rude, but not friendly as one would hope. The other two front desk staff were stoic. Overall, the office visit was not horrible, but not pleasant and I had to ask all the questions. I just felt uneasy and that regret now researching more before going here.
