Review content:
Although Dr. Riccardi has done excellent work and is an excellent dentist, Champagne Dental billing/overpayment and refund procedures have been a bother to deal with.\r \r Twice now, we have overpaid for dental work for my daughters. The first time we overpaid (after receiving our EOB) I needed to call Champagne Dental to receive a refund, which took about three weeks to obtain. Now the second time....in mid-December 2012, once again they told us to pay too much ($80.00 this time). Again, I needed to call and request a refund for overpayment. It is now the beginning of March 2013 and still no refund check. It is like ""pulling teeth."" (pun intended). \r \r Their billing (overpayment) and refund practices definitely need an overhaul. They should be initiating the refunds for overpayments (in a timely manner), not their patients/customers. Getting tiresome.
