My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey Minivan. We had an excellent buying experience with Blake. He stayed after the dealership closed on a Friday night for 1.5 hours to finish up our paperwork in a proper manner and in full detail. He also walked us through the electronic features on the van and hooked up our phones for Bluetooth. Prior to coming in that night, we had spoken with Dan Ganzer multiple times about crunching numbers to get our payment where we wanted it to be. He was very helpful and never lost his patience. I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service, and they met all of my expectations. We even got a follow up call to see if we had any questions a few days after our purchse. We would definitely recommend Walser Honda, especially Dan and Blake, for anyone looking to buy a Honda.
