The selection coordinator was amazing, we don’t know how we would have done this with out her guidance. She understood our wants and needs and saved us so much time and wasted dollars.
The process was flawless – entirely contrary to what we anticipated it being. Every member of the Merv Miller Builder LLC team was responsive and gracious. The project management was always quick and efficient, even with the change order and estimating processes. We were extremely surprised by how smoothly the whole process went and by how close to the schedule that it stayed throughout. We generally stayed with in the anticipated initial budget. Everybody did an exceptional job and we completely agree and understand with Merv Miller Builder LLC’s “inclusive price philosophy”, no hidden extras or surprise change orders!
