My friend and his 8 year old son were treated very poorly by the assistant manager who claimed to be the owner when he asked her to speak with her boss. His son was too afraid to finish watching a film so he asked for a refund which he was told he would get by another employee. The assistant manager refused him the refund and told him they could watch another movie that had about 20 mins left.
When he asked for passes to return since it was closing time they called the police on him and his 8 year old and had the officer tell him and his child "NEVER to return again." Very poor customer service against someone who has brought business to this establishment. Last year him and his wife organized a group from my son's class to go watch a movie there with everyone. I still have the email they sent out raving how family friendly this place was... Save your money. Go watch a movie elsewhere. I know my family and I will never return again either.
