Review content:
This place is all about business. Apparently they do not go one inch out of the book, not even for special occasions. They left an appointment voice mail that nobody at home could understand. Apparently the appointment was for my husband who was on a business trip out of the country. The message was left on Friday, but could not get to it until Friday evening. I could not talk to my husband until Sunday and by power of elimination, we concluded the appointment could be for Dr. Laska. When I called on Monday to even ask if that was the case, they told me that they will charge me the $30 cancelation. When I tried to explain to the office what happened, they COULD CARE LESS!!! Also, they are not flexible as the office’s policy is against scheduling children after 5:00 P.M.
Cons: Inflexible in scheduling and cancelling appointments
