I have been around Attorney Acuña.\r
I understand he took a Gary Spence trial seminar.\r
He will go to trial on ""triable"" trials and win. If there is a motion to be filed with a chance of winning, he will file it.\r
If the law and the facts are on your side, he will push the case to the limits.\r
Ask the District Attorney's Office of Imperial County about Mr. Acuña's won-loss trial record. Ask Mr. Otero the District Attorney himself. (760) 482-4331.\r
On the other hand, if your case is a dog, Mr. Acuña will let you know up front. He would rather lose your business than lie to you. How many attorneys can make that claim? Imperial County Judges respect his research and trial skills.\r
Acuña for decades has established a reputation for integrity and outstanding trial work in the Imperial County and among his peers in the defense bar.
