Review content:
I went to this Walmart to return a pair of croc like shoes as they were the wrong size. I stood in the customer service line while two ladies assisted the customer in front of me. They spent more time talking to each other than assisting the customer. A supervisor came over and interrupted the transaction and sent one of the girls back to her stand where she left her light on. The young lady complained the whole way and kept begging to come back with another girl to train. When I finally got to the counter the lady behind the counter spent more time talking over my shoulder to another worker than to me - the customer. This store gets many poor reviews. The parking lot is always dirty, the riffraff hanging around the front door deters people from entering. I only shop here as a necessity, because it's close. Management does not seem to care about their reputation and customer service is severely lacking. This store needs an overhaul!
