I started going to Courtesy Auto Service and Tire of Tacoma because of the convenient location and I have continued to use them because of their honesty and customer service. I have been a customer of theirs for years now. I drive 30 minutes to go to Courtesy Auto even though there is another auto shop right by my house.
They are always honest and I like the service I get. I can trust that they will take care of my car and not try to up-sell me on something. They have done everything from oil changes and tune-ups to brakes and 2 sets of tires for me. I had a couple issues but they corrected them with no problem. They always take care of everything.
If you are looking for an honest mechanic and you are on a budget, then go to Courtesy Auto. They will tell you what work should be done first, for safety reasons, and what can wait. They are the most honest mechanics I know and they do the best work I've ever had done. They are fair and they work with you.
