Businiess name:  Tahona Tequila Bistro

Review content:
I really enjoyed my experience here, not your average Mexican food. I found the menu to be extremely inventive. I ordered the shrimp mojo for my dinner, and it was delicious. The food was much fancier than a typical Mexican restaurant, but the prices and the atmosphere made it casual and unpretentious. The tequila selection is incredible and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their product. I never thought drinking could be so educational. My waiter in particular was charming. I would recommend Tahona for a nice dinner or just to hang out with some friends. One of the best meals I have had in Boulder. Pros: Fine Dining in a casual atmosphere Cons: Parking on Pearl Street can be annoying
