I have used Larry and Joe's several times over the last 30 years. When I go I try to be patient and defer to other customers who have simpler issues. Then when I have shown this consideration the sales people show me considerable consideration in return. I especially like Bill, a salesperson not much older than myself, who readily shows a gruff exterior, but really does his best to find what I need. If course I check their hours before I go and try to get there with plenty of time for myself and the rest of their customers..
