I haven't even rented from Carpenter Management but I clearly never would do such a thing. I was just scolded like a 5 year old for calling about an apartment. I am moving in two months, I don't think that's calling too far ahead. It's called ""planning ahead"" I have had past landlords call me months in advance to move into their place and have had people wait for me as well. Even if you don't want the apartment vacant that's fine..at least learn some tact and tell me that politely. Now I will never rent from you and will warn others who think to rent from you. I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with such rude, typical Detroit people.
