I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for quite a few years. They had a kid I used to use, Nate, who moved. The plumber that I had last week was a nice guy. He was friendly, and he did the work for a reasonable price. In fact, he gave me a discount on it.
I did have one problem, though. The work was done in one of my apartments, and the tenant called me back about 45 minutes after the plumber left and told me the sink was leaking all over. We had to call him back, and he did take care of everything. It's working good now.
Other than that, I did call Ben Franklin a while back, and they promised they would get to me on a job one day but didn't. They were packed, I guess. They had too many people booked, so they couldn't do the work. Last time they kind of tried to make things right anyway, and they knocked $50 off my bill and made me a yearlong club member.
I'll definitely keep using them. They are probably one of the more honest plumbers around, I think, so I'm happy with their work. There were just a couple mishaps along the way, but I understand, it happens sometimes.
