Very disappointing service. Will definitely not use again.
Two years ago this company had very good service. We used XRCarpet.com (877)977-9666 to do upholstery cleaning on one of our light material conference chair that had a stain and they did an excellent job. The person who came was friendly, professional, had the right type of equipment and did a beautiful job in a reasonable price. But that was two years ago.
Recently, we were in need of another cleaning for another conference chair that had a coffee spill and, of course, we called the (877)977-9666. When the crew came to clean the chair, they were very different from before. No doubt this was a ""different"" company all together. Something didn't feel right and the main person was focused in having other service done on our other conference chairs. Only thinking of making money $$$ and not focus in doing the job. Very glad that they did not touch the other chairs. They did the cleaning on the chair. Just spray a solution on the chair and really saturate the chair with incredible amount of water. Even though they had a machine to suction up the water, the chair was still water logged. Something did not look right all together. Everything was very sloppy. They were very expensive as well. Only took credit card or cash.
It took forever for the chair to dry and now it looked like a large animal did a number on the chair due to the water damage caused by the saturation of the water. Shockingly it became 300 percent ""worse"" than the small little simple coffee stain on the chair.
We cannot have our clients come into our conference room seeing how ""horrible"" one of chairs looked like. We had call another upholstery cleaning company to ""fix"" XRCarpet.com mess.
Do not know if this (877)977-9666 is for a ""pool"" of upholstery cleaning companies or not, but one we have had was a nightmare. Will NEVER use XRCarpet.com again.
