my first visit @ embassy took over an hour for xrays You can't even get a cleaning done same day. Next visit they put several sealants in which are supposed to last years...one came out the nxt day..they replaced no charge. Went in 5 months later for a cleaning and another had come out. They blamed it on my good chewing!! I then asked dr. Norm no cavities? And his response was ""oh I didn't really look"" at this point I knew I'm never coming back but to make matters worse the office staff is extremely rude... Not one person said hello, thanks, nothing. I was waiting at the front desk to see if I owed anything no one even acknowledged I was waiting and began discussing another pt by full name from yesterday.
