Review content:
I ordered a Charger receptacle from LVS on 6/6 using PayPay (PP). within 15 minutes or less the money part of the transaction was confirmed as received by LVS but I was sent a message from LVS that the transaction need further input from me. Going to the site, I was directed to complete payment info. requiring either CC or PP info. before allowing ""checkout"". Two days later this was still the ""status"" shown by LVS. Repeated attempted phone calls remained unanswered. Email was not responded to. I started a dispute resolution with PP and within 5 minutes of filing, I got a response from PP saying the seller had requested the dispute be elevated to a claim. This gives LVS access to my money for an additional 10 days minimum prior to refund. Not a lot of money for my part but if this is their normal process x possible hundreds of customer per day, adds up to a lot of free use of other peoples money IMHO. Would probably not feel like this company is crooked if they had the courtesy of answering the phone or responding to the email. Or after the the ""dispute"" email from PP, LVS had attempted to contact me in some way. Reputable companies, IMO would do this. While the prices here seem cheap by comparison to other cart stores, I think this is a case of fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, etc etc. I would recommend not doing business with this company to anyone that may be on the fence about them.
