Review content:
On May 10, 2010, I became a client of Optimal Wellness Center. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member I met. After assessing my medical history, Dr. Lauren Montieth, introduced me to an exceptionally well balanced program of chiropractic adjustments for rheumatoid arthritis, lactose intolerance and other digestive issues. I have also taken advantage of the health and wellness classes they offer, detox foot bath, and wellness assessment. I have been introduced to supplements that have proven to be effective. There is also a small retail area that sells cleanses, supplements, gluten-free food, books, etc.\r \r For me, the Wellness Center has proven to be a true healing facilty in every sense of the word. The specific and focused rehabilitation programs appear to be designed just for me. \r \r The benefits have been so significant that they have influenced a change to my lifestyle, diet and how I take care of myself in mind, body and spirit. It is a truly holistic treatment center and its effects unfolded both during the treatment and for some time afterwards. The treatments were unique, and were carried out with such care and in a gentle, peaceful atmosphere that I quickly relaxed and was thoroughly immersed in enjoying it all!! I recommend Dr. Lauren as a true 'spring clean' for your entire being.\r \r They are located behind the Valvoline oil change business to the right on Northwestern (white building with blue circle logo) south of 106th Street on Michigan Road. Pros: Effective, friendly, knowledgeable Cons: Nothing
