No matter what bumps we encountered Terry resolved them. He provided excellent service and always got back to me with any questions I had. The installation was done professionally, the quality of the windows is really good and I'm very pleased with the end results. The framing he did and the amount he paid attention to details was great, he's about the best contractor I've ever worked with.
