Review content:
When we moved into our current home, we needed a lot of work done. TMC Enterprises were recommended to us for replacement window service, and we hired them after soliciting several quotes. Of all the contractors we had in our home, TMC were the only ones that always showed up on time, if not early.
TMC had great customer service, and were very professional, which we really liked. And it wasn't just the owner that exhibited these traits--the workers were great with us, as well as one another. They did a lot of work for us. In the end, they replaced all of our windows, a double door and two sliders, and also installed a bay window in our master bedroom and a customer build window.
TMC not only did a great job, but they also offered us some good recommendations that we ended up using. Specifically, we were not sure what we wanted with the double door, and they offered direction in terms of color, and what would look good with the rest of the house.
After the work was completed, they were quick to follow up on questions we had, where the tendency with other companies was to take their time once they had left and been paid. With TMC, you get the all around package: professional service, quality products, and a good price. We were very pleased with them--they earned their five stars.
