I had such a bad experience in this place. I highly recommend that you dont shop here. I went here because it was recommended by a friend to get my invitations done here. I ordered the invitation, 2 weeks later they tell me that they are discontinued (There invitation sample books are out dated). Then I go back and select another. They email me a proof, I email them back with changes. They never responded and when I called them to ask, they said they made the changes and submitted it to the company. As it turns out, they never made changes so they had put the incorrect time on the invitation and the wrong year on the reply cards. Then they have the nerve to tell me that it was my fault because they said that my final order that I received and had already paid for was my ""proof"" ! WTF??!! Their staff was rude and unprofessional on the phone and I was able to get free Thank you cards from them, but it was like pulling teeth! I would have done a better job of printing themself!
Go somewhere else, you are better off saving yourself the headache.

Cons: HORRIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCT
