After hearing about Stratos from several co-workers, I decided to give the place a try with a date and another couple. \r

We were there last Saturday night, and we had a BLAST! We arrived around 7 and took advantage of their $3 you-call-it happy hour. $3 CROWN ROYAL and JAGERMEISTER! We were FLOORED! We sat in the corner booth to the right, our server Stratos (he must be the owner?) was extremely welcoming and gave us great reccomendations. Everything we tried was excellent, especially the flaming saginaki-- I love cheese. The seating/dinner area was centered around the dance floor which featured the best belly dancers I have ever seen. My date and our friends were thoroughly impressed as well. We finished our visit shortly after the belly dance show, right as the Salsa instruction was beginning. (Apparently they have Salsa dancing Friday and Saturday nights--which we found interesting). \r

I must say, the layout and the atmosphere were not what you would expect in a Greek restaurant. It's more of a lounge/sports bar and restaurant combined. I've heard that it's an ideal place to watch the games, if you live close that is. We live in Plano, so it's quite a hike for us. Stratos, our server, reccomended visiting during the half price dinner special on Monday and Tuesday nights. Some friends and I are planning on taking advantage of that soon!\r

To sum it up, we had a great experience at Stratos Greek Restaurant. I will definitely be back.
Pros: THE FOOD, $3 drinks at happy hour, Belly Dancers
Cons: far away
