I called last night and got the service. Our sewer drain was backed up and any effluent waste water going through the lines were ending up on the basement floor (cement) with you don't want to know what included.
Bright and early this morning, I received a call from Roto Rooter inquiring about our needs. I explained the situation and was informed that someone would be out between 9 and 11 am. at 8:30 am, I received another phone call asking if it was ok to send a driver out now. Sure.
The driver came out... Mike... and looked around. We couldn't find the access port to the sewer line and he was reluctant to do the work going through the drain pipe stating that it would be a wasted effort as he wouldn't be able to use the big blades and would only be able to use the 4 inch 'cutters' and that just wouldn't do the job. He then suggested that we contact a plumber and have them put an access port on the toilet stack, that when that was done, if they didn't clear the sewer line, he would be more than happy to return and do the job properly! (Imagine my surprise!! Honesty!)
My husband had just gone to bed as he'd worked all night, but I had him get up and move dressers and a freezer to make sure we didn't have the access pipe. WE DID!! (So, that saved us ~ $300.00 right there!)
I called the company back and within 45ish minutes, they were back.
My sewer line is now cleared out and running great and not only did they work efficiently, but they cleaned up afterwards and hosed the basement floor down with bleach water to sanitize the area.
The guys were extremely polite and courteous through out the whole time and quiet in consideration for the two third shifters sleeping in the house.
I won't hesitate to recommend this Company to any of my friends.
