Businiess name:  Kismet Property Management, LLC

Review content:
I used Kismet for about 3 years. They started off strong, grew too fast (as did their ego) and really continually dropped the ball.\r \r I am still contemplating taking them to the Tennessee Real-Estate Commission and suing them for damages.\r \r They left properties vacant for extended periods of time, failed to return prospective tenant calls timely, mis-informed owners that vacant property was repaired and rent-ready and repairs had not even started, loss of rent was immense.\r \r Repair bills were inflated and quite suspect at times. The monthly management reports are extraordinarily confusing and nearly impossible to follow. They even have difficulty following them to explain what they were doing.\r \r Bo Jordan is the primary contact for the company, Mr. Kismet appears to do nothing.
