My Experience was a nightmare we rented the venue for two session for a fundraiser from the time we got there the tenants was complainting about the owner is rent to you guys illegal. The place was dirty and smelling. The tenants call NYPD complainting about nosie. We was told the place was sound proof. The owner is a fraud and don't trust him ask for paperwork. We took them to small claims and won. Don't trust the owner he is a liar and will tell you anything to get your money. We are still waiting for this man to paid us our money that the court order him to pay us back its be three months. \r
