the company is like lone sharks, they say how can i help you if you get behind on payments, but they dont mean the part how can i help you, when you tell them your hardship, they say oh sorry, but when can we expect the payment, if you say you dont have it, they suggest you barrow, sell your tv, or rob a bank, just as long as they get thier money, even when they say ok send the payment in, by a date, they call you a million times before that date to remind you i guess, i cant see why anyone would send them anything with thier stupid hard nose tactics, anyone that has a mortage loan with them is most likey protected as the same foreclosure laws that apply to house loans, anti defiecency laws will prevent them from suing you, they cant just get property back, to be sure check your states laws, i live in ca
