Review content:
As all of the others have stated, they won't work with the folks that simply have had a loss of income. I am trying to push them to participate in the new MSHDA program for hardest hit customers. You would think that they would try to get registered in this program, they could save time and money on all of those calls. If you are a customer, keep bugging them, maybe power in numbers can work.
