I recently went to one of your franchises in West Bend, WI., specifically the one located at 501 Wildwood Rd., and much to my enjoyment I received a bananna split with a long brown hair wrapped along the outside of it's container along with two meals and a blizzard. That was the nice part, then after my girlfreind and I finished our meals, which might I add was much better then the last time we visited and got 2 chicken strip baskets with the chicken harder and dryer then anything that we have ever eaten before that went into the garbage , then for dessert this most recent visit I offered up the bananna split to my girlfreind and inside she found wrotten banannas in her split. I drove back to your lovely franchise which we used to frequent once, sometimes twice a week, and that thought alone nearly made me as sick as just seeing this ""frozen treat"". When I arrived I asked to speak with the manager and was told that the manager was not in then I showed the man behind the counter the wrotten bananna split and he offered to make me another, which the thought alone made me gag again. I refused this and he tried to walk off with my purchase, at that point I demanded it back and asked how can I get in touch with this so called manager. The man gave me a pad of paper to write my name and number on and he would see that the manager would get it and contact me. It now has been two going on three days and no reply which I think most people would find this overly offensive. If I do not receive a call by the end of the day I will be calling the local health department and give them the wrotten frozen treat that sits in my freezer. By the way, the 1 star rating is not what I wanted to report, but ""a rating is required"" to publish my review.
