I today went into Than Bros. to get a bowl of Pho with my coworker in the area. Me and my coworker sat down and were waiting on one more person. We were asked if we were ready to order and we asked if we could wait a minute for our other friend to show up. Well he did show up a minute later.... 4 other tables were seated and their orders were taken...while we were waitng patienty. Finally someone showed up to take our order 20 minutes later. After we ordered we waited 25 minutes and the same guy comes up to us and says ""uugh can I take your order...wait a minute...uuugh"" Than walked away. At this point 6 other tables came in after us..ordered and were almost done eating......while our server didn't know if he took our order or not....and couldn't figure anything out. We waited there 35 minutes and the guy didn't know if he took our order or not....but we were the only people in the restaurant not eating anything. We left immediately and ate somewhere else...but wasted over 3/4 our lunch our at Than Bros. I love Pho, but will never go to Than Bros. ever again.
