Review content:
This place is a joke. Walked in Saturday to get a quote on an amp install, greeted by Chad P. the sales manager. I was pretty anxious to get my system going and came here primarily because this is the only place open on Sunday. I had installed most of my stuff myself but haven't had time to finish up my project. I was definitely wary of this place as it seemed pretty shady, but considering I already had most of the work done (just needed them to run 0 gauge through the firewall and mount the amps) I figured even these idiots couldn't screw that up. He quoted me a fair price but made it clear that he is doing me a huge favor by doing this on a Sunday because they are only open 5 hours (even though I was the only appointment and this should only take 2 hours max). I showed up the next day for my 11:30 am appointment, Chad acted like he's never seen me before and I had to explain all over what I was there for, he just looked at me and sighed, then looked at his watch like he didn't have time for me. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment but he said I was 4th in line behind some random walk-ins, wtf? He just told me to leave him the keys and they would ""try"" to get it done today, turned his back to me and went over to help some hoodlum with some $60 pioneer 6x9s. Didn't ask me what kind of car I had, what I'm putting in it, or what a respectable car audio dealer would do and come do a walk around of the car. He didn't even ask my name, I just gave him my cell number and left. Drove by 3 hours later, my car hadn't been touched so went in, the place was empty and my keys were just sitting out on the counter, at that point I was pretty pissed so just grabbed them and left. Luckily I never gave this place any of my money, nor would I ever. I have been involved in high end car audio for almost 15 years. I have thousands of dollars invested in my current system all top of the line JL audio and 2 sets of Focal KRX2 components ($1200/pair). My tweeters likely cost more than anything they even sell in their store and this douche can't even give me the time of day? Taking my business elsewhere, to someone who is actually knowledgeable of car audio and who wants my business. And to think I almost let these guys touch my Focals, f#%k that! \r
