Jim and Jacks Collision Center is by far one of the best Auto/Body experience I have had. I have been to plenty of auto repair shops in LA and had not only bad customer service but, I have been cheated out of my money! Jim and Jacks is a family owned and operated for more than 20 yrs of experience in the business of automotive repair. I did my research meet with my insurance company and had the best referral. These guys know what their doing and do a great job! I had a minor fender bender and the only the I did not like about this experience was waiting for my car to get out of the shop cause I was so impatient. But, I give it to these guys for getting my baby back to me in such great time!!
Pros: Friendliness, Customer Service, Work, Timing!
