After a nearly 10 minutes of being ignored at the counter...and I mean the 5 or 6 people working wouldn't even make eye contact with me and I was leaning on the counter with a $20 in my hand. I asked if anyone was taking care of the counter, one person stepped up. I usually get two pieces and I ask them not to heat it up, how long does it take to put 2 pieces in a box? Then another person goes to grab the money out of my hand, I commented to him, now you're going to rush ME? The owner (I think) was walking behind the counter and asks whats going on, so I tell him. Instead of an apology, he whines to me about how busy they are. Too busy to take care of the counter, there was only one table of three seated and no one waiting. The whole time I watched one person after another picking up their phone orders, but they couldn't take a minute to get stuff, now I know why...why no the place wasn't crowded and why the phone was ringing off the hook.....the service is terrible. \r On another note, their delivery guy, regularly
