Review content:
I've been trying to lose stubborn weight for years, and I just couldn't do it on my own. I kept promising myself I would start working out but I kept procrastinating...and finally a friend told me about the Academy. I was totally intimidated at first, but I went in and met with Coach Andy. He is such great instructor and really good at transmitting knowledge and martial arts principles to beginners. It didn't matter that I was a little overweight and out of shape.
The Academy is place where people connect and strive towards common goals. I'm a college professor so I know good instruction when I see it. I first started in the Kickboxing class, and then I upgraded my membership to study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu also I currently train 4 times a week, and I'm down 20 lbs I feel great.
I recommend the academy to anyone who wants to change their life & join a serious group of people dedicated to the way of martial discipline.
