Review content:
I spent about 20 years sitting around getting out of shape. My health started to decline so I decided to look into some different gyms. I tried 24 hour gyms where I could run on a tread mill and lift weights. I tried the local community center where I could swim. They all seemed sterile and I couldn't stay motivated. My 17 year old son was invited to ""check out"" the Academy. I went along to watch and after about a week I decided to, ""give it a try."" 2 years later, I'm still energized to go to class, see my friends who are training, and learn all at the same time. It's motivated me past what I do in class. I've changed my diet and don't feel like I'm just waiting around for the heart attack to come. If you are even thinking you might want to check out Martial Arts training, whether it be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Thai Boxing, or Combat Submission Wrestling. Do you self a favor and do the FREE 30 day trial! It may just change your life like it has for me!!
