In addition to a traditional Italian menu, Marcella's has a very extensive gluten free menu!
After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease the one thing I missed most was take out pizza. I tried several"" pizza joints"" that have gluten free crust and nothing tasted the same.
I was referred to Marcella's by someone I met at a local gluten free bakery and so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I walked in and was treated wonderfully. The food came out fast and was hot. Here comes the best part..... it tasted EXACTLY like my favorite pizza take out place!!!!! Maybe even better!
The crust was ""normal"", unlike the grainy texture and different taste you can sometimes get with rice flour crust. This gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had!
