Review content:
I informed Judith Biggers by phone that I DID NOT wish to renew my policy with her due to the fact that I found the same coverage for 3 times less than she was offering me. I also sent her a letter confirming our conversation and to make sure that she didn't renew because I already had a better policy in place.\r
\r
She went ahead and renewed my policy, claiming she didn't recall our phone conversation and apparently didn't receive my letter of cancellation either.\r
\r
I now am in jeapardy in having my lender raise my house payment because two policies were taken out of my escrow.\r
\r
She obviously wanted to get her commission off of me and now I could lose my home. Very poor business and clearly no conscience of work ethics!
