I love belonging to this club where the new equipment is built for my body and my strength level. It is great to have a friendly, supportive, clean and non-intimidating environment to go to that also fits into my busy work schedule. When I get a break in my work, I can just run downstairs and do a quick class. It is always amazing to see how much my body loves to do Yoga, cardio kick box, or any of the other great classes as I de-stress before going back to work or home (my husband says I am a lot more fun!). I?m already getting way more results besides my weight and inches lost. Sometimes, I just show up because I?ve had a ?bad? day and need a friendly place to go to relax and unwind. I can?t believe I actually look forward to exercising?that has never happened before in all the other clubs I have belonged to.

You have to test out the Power Plate machine......it is incredible! If you are interested in quick, effective, and powerful strength training or if you need some awesome rehab for present or past injuries.....the Power Plate is your answer. The personal training team at HER Club really know their stuff and I break a sweat in about 2 minutes on this amazing vibrational device.
I have been a member of HER Club since it was Butterfly Life Center and just love this place. It has become my own little secret hideout away from my fellow attorneys and associates located nearby. Most of the time, it is just like my own private gym. Although, this place is soooooooooo much more than just your regular gym. Believe it or not......these folks actual care about whether or not you show up. They call it ""Care calls"".....occassionally, when they don't see you for a while.....they will call and check in on me to see if there is anything that they can do to get me back into my routine. So far this year, I am on track to add to my total loss of weight to 30 lbs. and 14 inches throughout my body.
A new service that Dr. Sherry has found where you send in a saliva test to check how balanced your hormones is WILD! The info that comes back and the latest options for taking inexpensive and homeopathic hormones to correct the imbalances is amazing. I have gotten rid of my synthetic and bio-identical ones after feeling the results.
I thought the Power Plate was amazing.......now they have brought in two new services for doing natural facelifts through tightening your face and neck muscles and a machine that causes your muscles to contract in order to get rid of fat around the body. I lost 3 inches during the first treatment around my belly button......WOW! That is my most difficult area to lose from.
Risa, Brianna, and Kristina are a great addition with their live Yoga and aerobic classes.
The club owners keep coming up with new things to improve my health and well being. The best part of it, of course, is that my insurance is covering it along with my Ion Magnum and Perfector treatments. Gotta love that!
Pros: Convenient, great staff, safe neighborhood, plenty of street parking
