Ask and you shall recieve! I knew I had to do something about my health. I needed exercise but how do I fit exercise into my busy schedule. I have a FT job and a home business, together with a loving husband who requires attention. Lots of it!\r

Thank goodness for Butterfly. It's a 30 minute workout and so convenient. It's my lunch hour and I'm doing something for myself. I'm getting so many benefits from my new lunch hour that I truly believe in the phrase......Ask and you shall recieve. This was an answer to a prayer.\r

Lynda, who is the site coordinator is so wonderful. She is so enthusiastic, supportive and has a wonderful sense of humor. \r

There is so much to tell and I'll keep it short. I've lost a total of 8 inches, my clothes are fitting better and I'm a lot happier. What more can I say! I'm looking forward to staying with Butterfly for a lifetime!
Pros: Convenient and you get a 20% discount at Lightning Foods and Camille's for lunch.
