I am writing this letter to inform you of how pleased we are with the installation of our new Trane Heat Pump System and with your employees.
First with Lee Shoemaker for his knowledge of the Trane equipment he matched for our home, and for his patience while we handled some untraditional circumstances that needed to be addressed and handled before the installation of our Trane equipment could be ordered and installed. He stopped by to see how we were progressing and kept in close contact by phone as well. Also for stopping by the day of installation to be sure everything we had discussed with him prior was being carried out and taken care of.
And second with the two installation mechanics (Brandon & Steven Finch) who did a meticulous job installing our equipment. They were very polite, neat and knowledgeable when it came to re-routing the line set as well as communicating with me (us) when a question arose, so I (we) could then make the ultimate decision. It was nice to see two young men taking pride in their trade and paying attention to detail.
In closing we feel these employees are an asset to the success of your growing company and because of them we have already recommended your company to friends, neighbors and co-workers.
