Review content:
One of the mechanics cross threaded a spark when he installed it. 10 months after they tuned up my care, I got a misfire. My neighbor who is a mechanic, traced the misfire to 1 spark plug. When he tried to pull the spark plug to check it, it was froze in the hole. He told me that when the mechanic installed the spark plug, he cross threaded it. He told me to take the car back to Gregs to fix the problem. When I tried to get Greg to repair the problem, he said that I could not prove he did it. I told him that his michanic was the last person to touch my spark plugs. Greg said that he was not going to do anything to help me. He told me to take him to court. I told him it is not right to treat a customer this way and he said ""I dont care"". When I said that people rate businesses on line and abused customers can rate his business, he said "" I dont care"". When I told him that he is not a honorable man, he said "" I dont care"". Is this the kind of man you really want to deal with???\r People make mistakes I understand this but you have to be responcible for your mistakes and fix them. Not say, ""I dont care"".\r If you do decide to go to his shop, check the credentials of the mechanics. I dont believe his mechanics are ASE certified.
